2026 & 2027 Calendar. Weekly Stays are Sunday to Saturday. Daily stays have a 2 night minimum.

April- Sun-Sat: $900 or $170/night (2 night minimum)
May- Sun-Sat: $1400 or $250/night (2 night minimum)
June- Sun-Sat $1800 or $325/night (2 night Minimum)
CCMF (June 9-14: $500/night)
July- Sun-Sat: $1800 or $325/night (2 night minimum)
August- Sun-Sat: $1500 or $250/night (2 night minimum)
September- Sun-Sat: $1000 or $175/night (2 night minimum)
October- Sun-Sat: $800 or $130/night (2 night minimum)
November- Sun-Sat: $800 or $130/night (2 night minimum) or Entire month: $1400- All Inclusive!
December- Sun-Sat $800 or $130/night (2 night minimum) or Entire month: $1400- All Inclusive!
We Provide Everything You Need Except Your Clothes, Food & Toiletries. Condo Has Linens, Towels, Beach Towels & 4 Beach Chairs. The Kitchen is Stocked w/Everthing you need to Cook.
**NOTE** Only Other Costs you will haves SC Taxes & a $150 Cleaning Fee.
